In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, we partnered with HBO Max to create “SEE US”, a series of intimate conversations celebrating art, beauty, food and identity within the AAPI community.

Gems were dropped by breakout star Lukita Maxwell (HBO Max Generation) and photographers Simrah Farrukh, Cindy Trinh, Lagi Atoe, and Hannah Yoon in SEE US: THROUGH OUR LENS, a conversation moderated by Suchin Pak.

Esteemed chefs and restaurateurs Chris Cho, Tway Nguyen, Nakul & Arjun Mahendro, and Nicole Ponseca discussed how their heritage & identity influence food culture in SEE US: THE DISH ON FOOD & CULTURE, moderated by Lisa Ling.

Then, Rebecca Sun (The Hollywood Reporter) spoke with the cast of the newly renewed HBO Max series Warrior, Andrew Koji, Dianne Doan, Hoon Lee, and executive producer Shannon Lee.

And finally, we closed out the month listening to heartfelt conversations around beauty, identity and acceptance with Judy Ho and Tina Ho from House of Ho, and leading beauty influencers Charlotte Cho, David Yi, Deepica Mutyala, and Patrick Starrr.

The videos were amplified by the platforms of our partners: AAPI Women Lead, The Hollywood Reporter, Tastemade, and Popsugar.
