We teamed up with Delta Air Lines, the official airline sponsor of South by Southwest 2024, to provide experiential design and programming strategy for The Delta Lounge, a 2-story respite with unique experiences exclusively for SkyMiles Medallion Members.

The 5-day activation provided guests an elevated reprieve with libations, a locally inspired and curated dining menu, and exclusive merchandise giveaways within a fully immersive environment decorated with vintage Delta posters and artifacts. Additionally, the Delta Sync space evoked the in-flight seatback experience providing a quiet room where guests can be immersed in locally curated content.


As the sun set for the after hours, the reservation-only speakeasy opened up for Medallion Members featuring unique programming each evening from an opening party hosted by Issa Rae, a night with NBA legend Carmelo Anthony and VII(N) The Seventh Estate co-founder Asani Swann, to a BBQ tasting experience with Austin pit master Aaron Franklin from Franklin Barbecue.
